1.Finish royal correspondent during the summer - you must meet to 210 hours. This includes Real Estate Principles (60 hours), the law of agency (30 hours), contract (30 hours) and an additional option (30 hours), and a further 60 hours of general education requirements. Allied has all the hours you need!
2.Submit proof of completion to the Commission - you can show your transcripts or certificates to their success. Leave a fee of $ 20. The Commission will review your documents and provide us with a letter that the training requirements are met.
3.File your request to the seller of a commodity - you can submit the application and payment directly to the TREC website or e-mail.
4.Register for reviewing Real Estate License - Once the application has been processed and accepted will be notified that you may obtain a copy of the booklet of information candidates (CIB) to register for the exam. The IPC will participate instructions on how to book the exam.
5.Take estate license exam - you must pay six months from the date of filing the application, and pass the test.
6.Get a broker to sponsor you - Before you can practice as a licensed dealer, you must organize a real estate agent in Texas who is a sponsor. The intermediary must hold an active license. You should start with the appropriate file of paper on your sponsorship.

There are a lot of opportunities in the real estate industry in this state but to be an agent is not easy. I would suggest to all those interested in applying for a license to get a really good TX real estate pre license course as it is going to be their guide and aid in becoming a successful real estate agent in the state.
